I just witnessed the new commercial for Jason Wu's much anticipated line for the chain. I don't care what it takes/how many soccer moms I need to push out of the way: I'm getting my hands on these dresses!

Of all the variety of styles in the lookbook, this is is my ultimate favorite:

The Webster & The Shops at Target

Apologies for being such a bad blogger; it's been MONTHS since the last update. I'm back momentarily, inspired by my trip to The Webster in Miami this weekend.

My friend and I donned our most man-repellant outfits, and strutted over to The Webster this weekend to meet The Man Repeller. As expected, Leandra (The Man Repeller herself) was super personable, sweet, and innately stylish.

The boutique was abuzz yesterday about the upcoming collaboration between The Webster and Target. The Webster will be offering an original line of apparel/accessories/home furnishings.

Considering the carefully curated & styled pieces available at the boutique, I can't wait to see the original pieces Laure & Milan of The Webster will put forth.

May 6th can't come soon enough!

fall cravings

There was a "cold" front here in South Florida, and it gave me a (small) taste of fall. Now I've been inspired to update my lipsticks from neon bright to something much darker.

But how dark is too dark? I had been craving Train Bleu, a deep eggplant/wine shade available in a NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil.

Today was the semi-annual Optical Style Show at my optometry school. Representatives from various vendors brought their eyeglass collections to show in full glory. It was a great way to peruse the latest styles, & to buy them at a great discount!

As you may have noticed from my (very distant) past posts, I adore neon in all forms: clothes/accessories/colors in general.

These neon rhinestone necklaces from Spike the Punch have been all over the interwebs. Needless to say, I had to have my own!

As you may have guessed, I'm in another style rut & was taking an extended absence from the blog. With school in full force, I've been wearing uninspired medical scrubs & blasé clinic attire.

However, I've been seeking style inspiration. My latest obsession is courtesy of J.Crew & many other sources: manly footwear. I'm thinking desert boots with a feminine twist:
